Tomato Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. peeled ripe tomatoes, chopped fine
    2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 (3 oz.) box raspberry dry Jell-O
Preparation
    Mix tomatoes and sugar.
    Boil 15 minutes; stir often.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Jell-O.
    Stir well.
    Put in containers.
    Put in refrigerator for one day.
    Then store in freezer.
    Makes 2 pints.
