Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika (optional)
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    Flake salmon with a fork.
    Combine with other ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
    Pour mixture into a greased pan or casserole dish.
    Do not cover.
    Position pan in center of barbecue grate and cook 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
