Spinach-Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or oleo
3 pkg. or 2 large frozen chopped spinach
1 large or 2 regular cans artichokes, cut up
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach.
Saute onions in butter.
Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and also sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
