Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1 lb. small shrimp
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook green peppers and celery in margarine until soft (about 5 minutes). Add tomato sauce, water, salt, onion and shrimp.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
