Mom'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.\tCut in Crisco. Add milk. Knead with floured hands a few times. Cut out. Place on baking sheet, just touching. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 14 minutes.
