Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
3 eggs
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
1 c. milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
With a fork, lightly beat eggs into pumpkin mixture.
Add milks; mix well.
Place a pastry-lined 9-inch pie plate on oven rack.
Pour in pumpkin mix.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
