Braised Celery Bites(Serve With Poultry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 bunch celery, cut in 2-inch pieces
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    About 20 minutes before serving in a 10-inch skillet over high heat in boiling water, heat celery and next 3 ingredients to boiling.
    Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes until celery is tender-crisp.
    Drain celery.
    Return to skillet. Stir in butter until melted.
    Makes 4 servings.
