Bread Machine Honey Whole-Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. warm water (100~ to 120~)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 c. bread flour
1 c. whole-wheat flour
1 pkg. quick rise dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)

Preparation

In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order listed. Select basic bread setting (or whole-wheat setting if available). Choose crust color and 1 1/2-pound loaf size, if available. Bake according to bread machine directions. (Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing.) Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed.
