Claudia'S Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 uncooked pie crust
1 1/2 lb. large onions, sliced thin
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook onions in butter until soft or tender.
Add to butter, eggs, milk and seasonings that will have been well beaten.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown in 450\u00b0 oven.
