Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 lb. Roquefort or Bleu cheese, grated
    1 small onion, grated (use juice)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients with fork or spoon (no beaters). Form in roll and roll in chopped pecans and parsley.
    Chill well before serving.
    Serve with crackers, Melba toast, etc.
