Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. shortening
    4 peeled sweet potatoes
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter and shortening in large skillet over low heat. Slice potatoes into the hot oil.
    Cook over low heat until the edges of the potatoes are brown.
    Turn potatoes and cook until brown.
    Place cooked potatoes on a plate lined with a paper towel.
    Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper.
