Starter For Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. unflavored yogurt
    2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup milk until it reaches 98\u00b0. Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons unflavored yogurt.
    Pour into glass jar or nonmetal bowl.
    Cover airtight and set in a warm spot.
