Hot Or Cold Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground raw turkey
    3 slices diet bread, moistened with water and squeezed dry
    3 eggs or 4 egg whites
    1 onion, minced
    1 large pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. salt or garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. skimmed milk
    5 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Lightly mix all ingredients and mold into loaf.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 8 servings.
