Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. pizza sauce or 2 c. tomatoes and 2 small cans tomato paste
    10 oz. lasagna noodles
    3 c. cottage cheese
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil until tender.
    Add meat; cook until brown. Drain excess fat.
    Add garlic salt, oregano, salt, pepper and pizza sauce.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese with beaten eggs.
    Place in layers lasagna noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese mixture and cheese.
    Put in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
