Caramel Cocoa Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels (48)
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 large can evaporated milk
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt the caramels with 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
