Crunchy Stuffing Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 matzos or 4 c. farfel
    1/2 c. fat or margarine
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. minced celery
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 to 1 1/2 oz. chicken soup
    1/2 c. ground nuts
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in fat until tender.
    Add broken matzos and toast lightly.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add nuts.
    Shape into 2-inch balls and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes until brown.
