Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. shrimp
    2 cloves garlic
    3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 c. chopped celery
    parsley to taste
    1 can tomato paste
    3 cans water
    1 c. green onions
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage; add chopped onion, celery, bell pepper, parsley and green onions.
    Add tomato paste and water.
    Cook two hours. Add shrimp last 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
