Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. Keebler oval crackers
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 can Chef Boyardee pizza sauce with cheese
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheeses
    , reserving 1/2 can sauce for top.
    Pat out in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cheeses, saving small amount for topping.
    Put cheese mixture in center of meat and fold to make a loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in uncovered pan.
    Remove.
    Sprinkle sauce and cheese on top of loaf and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
