Norwegian Sweet Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Minute tapioca
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 stick cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped apples
2 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 c. grape juice
1 c. currants
1 c. pitted prunes
Preparation

Add tapioca to boiling water, stirring frequently.
Add rest of ingredients except grape juice and boil until fruit is tender. When soup is done, add grape juice.
Serve with Rusks.
May be served cold as dessert.
Garnish with whipped cream and chopped nuts.
