Cookies While You Sleep - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to 350\u00b0.
    Line a cookie sheet with foil. Beat egg whites until frothy; gradually beat in sugar and beat until stiff.
    Add
    vanilla
    and
    almonds flavorings.
    Fold in chips
    and nuts.
    Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
    Put in oven.
    Close and turn oven off.
    Leave overnight.
    Remove from cookie sheet and store in covered container.
    Yields 3 dozen.
