Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. frozen Tater Tots
    sliced Velveeta cheese (about 6 slices)
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    In skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    In kettle, combine meat and cream of mushroom soup; let simmer about 10 minutes (low heat).
    Deep fry Tater Tots and drain grease.
    In 9-inch round pan, place Tater Tots on the bottom of the pan; cover with 3 slices of cheese.
    Cover cheese with meat mixture and then top with remaining cheese.
    Melt cheese in oven.
