White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water (tap)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. white vanilla
    1 1/2 c. Crisco (scant)
    10 c. powdered sugar
    2/3 c. Coffee-mate
Preparation
    Mix all together on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Then beat 5 minutes on high.
    This is enough frosting for two cakes.
    Also good on cookies and keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
