Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped shallots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp (2 lb. medium)
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons cool water.
    In pot, soften cream cheese and tomato soup over low heat.
    Add gelatin and blend well.
    Remove from heat; add mayonnaise, shallots, celery, shrimp and Tabasco.
    Use as a dip with crackers or chips.
