Baked Fish With Herb Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix (crumb style)
3/4 c. hot water
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 lb. flounder or other fish fillets, thawed, if frozen
1/4 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Blend stuffing mix, water and 1 teaspoon thyme.
Spread evenly in large, shallow, greased baking dish.
Arrange fish fillets over stuffing.
