2 c. chicken livers
2 lb. bacon
2 water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation

Cut strips of bacon in half.
Cut chicken livers into fours and water chestnuts into thin slices.
Roll chicken livers and water chestnuts and roll strips of bacon around.
Place in pan and bake on 350\u00b0 until bacon is crisp!
