Raspberry Yo-Yos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg, milk and vanilla.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls; put on cookie sheet and press down slightly.
    When cooled, spread raspberry preserves between 2 cookies.
    Let preserves squeeze out of cookie.
    Roll sides in shredded coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
