Parmesan Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c minute rice (uncooked)
    1 can Swanson's chicken broth
    1 sm. onion, chopped (opt)
    1/4-1/3 c parmesan cheese
    2 Tbs margarine
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add rice and continue to saute until rice is slightly golden.
    Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cover.
    Let stand 5 minutes (moisture should be absorbed).
    Stir in parmesan cheese.
