Three Week Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. head white cabbage, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 large white onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Combine cabbage, pepper, onion and sugar.
Mix well.
In a pan, mix oil, vinegar, celery seed and salt. Bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Store in an airtight container.
Refrigerate.
Let stand 2 to 3 days before serving. Will keep for about a month.
