Shortcake Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter.
    Add the milk; mix only until the dry ingredients are moistened.
    Dough will be lumpy.
    Drop by spoonfuls into an 8-inch round greased glass baking dish.
    Bake with microwave energy for 5 minutes on High.
