Ingredients

3/4 lb. thin strips chicken breast
3/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
16 oz. pkg. your favorite frozen mixed vegetable
cooked pasta
Preparation

In large skillet combine chicken and about 1/3 of Italian dressing. Saute until chicken starts to brown.
Add vegetables and remaining dressing. Cover; simmer 7 to 12 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender; stirring frequently.
Serve over pasta.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
