Oyster Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. oysters
    2 qt. water
    1 small onion, sliced
    bundle of herbs
Preparation
    Wash oysters and boil with other ingredients until all substance is out of the oysters.
    Strain the liquid from the ingredients and pour back into pot.
    Add big spoonful of butter mixed with flour.
    Remove oysters from shells and add to mixture. Stir up to egg yolks with a cup of cream and cook in pot.
    Don't let soup boil.
