Triple Layer Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa, divided
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, sugar and butter.
    Press firmly on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    In large mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, flour, remaining 1/4 cup cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking powder.
    Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over prepared crust.
    Top with chips.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until set.
    Cool; cut into bars.
    Store, tightly covered, at room temperature.
