Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, cooked
    1 onion chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 carrot grated
    1 stick butter
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 C sour cream
Preparation
    Mix squash, onion, pepper, and carrot. Add soup & sour cream. Mix stuffing with melted butter. Add 1/2 to squash mixture. Mix well and pour into baking dish. Top with rest of stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes.
