Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 to 3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. corn oil
    pizza toppings
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix yeast, flour, sugar and salt.
    Stir in water and corn oil.
    Knead about 3 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Cover and let dough rise double.
    Punch down; divide in half.
    Roll out on lightly floured surface into a 13-inch circle. Place on pan; form edge.
    Add toppings before baking.
    Makes 2 pizzas.
