Ingredients

1 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. stick butter or margarine
Preparation

In medium bowl mix flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar.
In separate large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat butter until smooth.
Add flour mixture and mix until combined.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape in 1-inch balls.
Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with lightly floured fork. Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until edges are lightly brown.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
