Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen O'Brien potatoes
    1 pt. half and half
    1 stick butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all but Velveeta.
    Put in pan.
    Layer top with sliced Velveeta.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally 3 to 4 times.
