Buttered Breadsticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. biscuit mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Place butter in 13 x 9 x2-inch baking pan; place in preheated oven (400\u00b0) to melt.
Combine biscuit mix, sugar and milk in mixing bowl.
Stir with fork until soft dough is formed.
Beat dough vigorously until stiff but not sticky.
Dust board.
Knead gently for about 10 times.
Roll to 12 x 8-inch rectangle.
Cut dough in half lengthwise with floured knife; cut each half crosswise into 16 strips.
Dip each strip in melted butter in pan, turning to coat both sides.
Arrange in baking pan in two rows. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm. Yields 32 breadsticks.
