Coconut Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 sleeves Ritz crackers
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    2 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crumble crackers and reserve 1 cup for topping.
    Mix remaining crackers with melted margarine.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
