Crunchy Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

4 baking potatoes
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. crushed cornflake crumbs
salt
paprika
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
Combine butter and garlic, mixing well.
Dip potatoes into butter, then into crumbs, coating on all sides.
Sprinkle with salt.
Place on lightly oiled baking sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes or until done. Pour leftover butter over potatoes while cooking.
