Prize None Such Mincemeat Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt (or less)
9 oz. pkg. mincemeat

Preparation

Crumble the mincemeat and add the other ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
