Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 lb. box light brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shells
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add beaten eggs and other ingredients.
Do not beat at high speed.
Pour into two pie shells or 10 to 12 individual cheese tarts.
