Tuna Or Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn flakes
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna in water, drained well
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put corn flakes in blender or food processor.
    Process to fine crumbs and remove to shallow bowl.
    Beat egg well; add onion and Worcestershire sauce.
    Drain tuna well and mix thoroughly with egg mixture.
    Add crushed corn flakes and salt and pepper to taste; stir in.
    Form balls 1 1/2-inches in size.
    Cover well with crushed corn flakes, pressing flakes firmly.
