Pumpkin-Spice Cake - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
1 (15 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
1 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans, divided
1 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Combine eggs, oleo and pumpkin in a mixing bowl. Add cake mix. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in 3/4 cup nuts. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and remaining nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for
35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
