Texas Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 or 2 carrots, grated
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Put all vegetables in mixing bowl and toss lightly.
In another bowl (or blender) combine remaining ingredients.
Beat until blended and smooth.
Pour dressing over vegetables; toss lightly, cover and refrigerate overnight.
This keeps 5 to 7 days.
