Pasties - Cornish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. or 2 sticks frozen butter/oleo, cut into 1 Tbsp. pieces
    1 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 Tbsp. heavy cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Cut in shortening until size of peas.
    Gradually add next ingredients.
    Wrap and chill 1/2 hour.
