Butterhorn Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. very warm water
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    about 5 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast into very warm water; stir until dissolved.
    Add beaten eggs, sugar, butter and salt, then beat in 5 cups flour.
    On lightly floured pastry sheet, knead dough until smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes).
    Place dough in a large greased bowl and refrigerate, covered.
    Use a third of dough at a time.
    This can be made about a week ahead, if desired.
