Sausage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. Hillshire Farm Polska kielbasa or any variety Hillshire Farm smoked sausage
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. fennel
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium white onion, quartered
    4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
    1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and cut in half
    2 (12 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    12 small whole new potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 large can or 2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. uncooked medium width noodles
    1 1/2 lb. Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    3/4 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine soup, milk, onion and mustard in medium bowl; blend well.
    Spread sauerkraut in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Top with uncooked noodles.
    Layer noodles with sausage pieces.
    Spoon soup mixture evenly over top.
    Sprinkle this with Swiss cheese.
    Cover pan tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until noodles are tender.
    Combine bread crumbs with butter and put on top of casserole and bake for additional 10 minutes or until crumbs are toasty brown.
