Briam - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
8 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
3 potatoes, quartered and thinly sliced
4 large, ripe tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. Feta cheese
Preparation

Pour olive oil in an 11 x 17-inch roasting pan.
Add garlic, onion, zucchini, potatoes and tomatoes.
Mix together and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese.
Continue baking until potatoes are tender and cheese starts to melt, about 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings as a side dish.
