    2 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    milk (to thicken)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Crisco (melt in pan)
Preparation
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
