Quick Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 diced potatoes
    1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for hamburger stew
    4 c. hot water
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook and stir ground beef, celery and onion in Dutch oven until brown; drain.
    Stir in potatoes, sauce mix, water and tomatoes with liquid; break up tomatoes with fork.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer, stirring frequently; cook 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
